Commercial
We have a team of Project Leaders to serve our clients. We have staff in Monterrey to serve the northern region, in Querétaro to serve the Bajío region, and in Toluca, at our factory, to serve the central region of the country.
Engineering & Design
We have a product engineering department with extensive experience and the capacity to propose the best solutions for our clients. Tekally performs functional analyses based on the needs and characteristics requested by our clients. Ergonomics and safety are essential for the optimal use of the equipment; therefore, Tekally conducts ergonomic and functional analyses to meet our clients' standards and specifications. Design, in conjunction with engineering, generates the drawings for mechanical, electronic, automatic, and semi-automatic devices.
Machining
In this area, we bring our clients' designs and requirements to life. Our team of machine operators is trained in blueprint interpretation and the application of Geometry, Dimensioning, and Tolerance standards. Based on their experience and skill, they are evaluated and developed in more complex operations, ensuring that the processed product always meets quality standards.
Quality management
Our Quality Management department has two coordinate measuring machines, an optical comparator with a data processor, a ULM universal length measuring machine, and other support equipment. The Quality Management team is responsible for maintaining Tekally's quality system, including ISO 9001:2015 and the process for the upcoming EMA/ISO 17025 certification.
